Major turn off

This week has been a hectic week for me and my mates. Too many request flooding in due to ramming of business. That's a good sign, but it's way too taxing on our health as insufficient sleeps and making us look like a walking zoombie. Hopefully everything will pass away smoothly and we can rest our mind, although we haven't see any sign of that yet. Anyway, apart from busy working hours, I still have to forge out some time to meet up with Lisa and Rachel for our HK trip's plan. Yes we are going on a F&E 6D/5N trip to hong kong --- Disneyland here I come... **evil smile

We had been meeting up this week and yesterday's was the second time this week. We had KFC for dinner and proceed to Coffee Bean to utilize their wifi plus a cup of coffee to release stress from work. It was really a major turnoff for us and I swear, that's going to be the last time i'm ever going to step into coffee bean in queensbay mall. The service there was really bad and to add in, the drinks there sux. what actually happened was, we were setting up our notebook to the nearby power supply on the pillar. Even before our notebook starts up, a waiter walked by and ask us. Below is the conversation:

CB waiter: Have you guys order drinks?
Us: No we have not. :)
CB Waiter: Are you going to do that in a short while? **in a not pleasant manner**
Us: Yes -- with the WTF look.

He' s not friendly at all and is this how they treat their customers? It's not like we were there for hours but still haven't order anything. Less than half hour there and we were treated like this? I really wants to just close the notebook and walk off, if it's not for my friend refuse to change venue. That's not all, when we were in there ordering our drinks, the waiter (a different person) is not that friendly like starbuck's either. Worst thing is that about 11 something that night, they just switch off the power supply, inclusive of lighting and fan just like that. We are using the notebook fully on power supply without the battery intact. Guess what, it went blank and leaving us looking at each other puzzled. Then only we realized that the fans and lights are turn off as well. There was no sign that they are closing and it's not yet 12 am. the waiter should at least inform us that they are having a last call and if there's anything that we like to add or else they will call off for the day. Nothing was communicated and they just shut off everything. We were really pissed with their customer service.

Yes, I'm blogging in the office. Just need to take my mind off work.. =)
